Hey guys, Welcome to LALS!
I started this forum for 0L's (or even 1,2,3L's) interested in law schools in the Los Angeles area. Most other LS forums cover schools on a national level. I'm hoping to build a more intimate community for those with a specific interest in LA. Hopefully we can build a strong networking community, both on and off the forum. Maybe we can develop some friendships and help each other navigate the application process and share in our ups and downs.
I make no claims to know everything about LS, I'm currently an 0L myself. I'm new to this process and I'm eager to learn from those who are already in the application process or are currently enrolled in a Los Angeles law school. Hopefully I can help in certain areas that I am knowledgeable in, as I've been researching LA schools for over a year now and I do have a little insight.
Please check in here and let us know a little about you and your goals. I'm a sophomore UG, non-trad (old guy) who is starting a new life as my last 15 year career comes to a close. This is a new, exciting challenge for me. I'm transferring to UCLA as a junior and also hope to stay there for LS after I graduate, but also have my eyes on USC. UCI is my safety. My current GPA is 3.9, 165+ LSAT diagnostics, pulling the real trigger later this year.
